Retrieve your IMEI Number from the original packaging that came with your mobile device. This should be listed on a sticker.
You can call your mobile device network provider and ask them what your IMEI number is or check via thier online portal.
Some security apps like Google find my device and iTunes have your IMEI listed within the app.
