Any mobile device purchased within the last 6 months is eligible for Insurance (subject to terms and conditions).
You are able to quote and apply for insurance directly via our mobile device online application portal. If you prefer to insure your mobile device telephonically or via email, you are most welcome to call our customer service centre or send us an email.
Once you have applied for Insurance you will receive confirmation of acceptance of cover and all the relevant product and policy documentation will be provided. Our customer service centre will be available to you for all your mobile device insurance requirements!
