Please have a copy of your ID on hand and should you have any additional supporting documentation please supply accordingly. An example of supporting documentation would be an affidavit or proof of forcible entry into a vehicle such as a repair invoice.
You have 30 days from the date that the claim occurred to notify the Insurer of your claim. You are able to select between the following mediums to lodge your claim. via the online claim portal, telephonically or complete a manual claim form and send via email.
Once your claim has been submitted you will receive a claim reference number and confirmation of receipt of claim. The claim's team now armed with all your information will process the claim and keep you informed every step of the way by sending you claim notification status's via your preferred communication method, as specified on your claim form.
